ShippingHow long until I get my coffee?
Less than a week. We roast coffee weekly to make sure you have the freshest available. Shipping takes 2-3 days.What are my shipping options?
We use USPS 2-day Priority Mail to get you your coffee quickly and efficiently. For heavier orders of 4+ bags, we also use UPS Standard.
To estimate your shipping costs, please add item(s) you wish to purchase to your cart and proceed to the checkout, where you can see the cost of shipping for each shipping method. Once you have estimated your shipping costs, you may continue to place your order.Do you ship to my location?
We ship to business and residential addresses in the U.S., Canada, U.S. outlying territories, and U.S. military addresses, and PO boxes. We will use standard shipping for these addresses (5-8 business day transit time).
If you're outside one of these areas, we will attempt to fill your order. However, if customs/duty requirements prohibit the product, then we will be unable to send it to you. If applicable, customs/duty expenses will be paid by the customer.
Returns & Exchanges
Something about your specialty coffee not meeting your expectations? Sorry about that. We will replace or refund your product if you are not completely satisfied. We do not offer returns or exchanges.
Contact us here on our website or call 323-248-1863 and let us know the issue. We'll refund your order to your original payment method or send you new coffee to replace the original product.
If the product arrived damaged, even if you do not want a refund, please let us know! We're always working hard to make sure you have the best experience possible when buying Elysian coffee. Your feedback is essential and much appreciated.
How often do you roast beans?
We roast our coffee weekly to ensure you have the freshest beans.
How long does coffee last?
Consuming coffee within 2 months is a good estimate. Longer than that and it begins to lose the punchiness and unique characteristics that make it stand out.
